Every piece is handblown and fragile — we take care packing it so it arrives exactly as it left our studio.
Order confirmed
Once your Venmo payment comes through I'll send a confirmation email within 24 hours. Your scroll goes into the making queue from there.
Your scroll is made
Glass is blown, flowers are placed, your message is typed and rolled, the cork is set. Each piece is made by hand, one at a time.
Packed and shipped
Your scroll is wrapped carefully and handed off to USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email.

Quoted individually — contact me first
Shipping is invoiced separately via Venmo after your order is confirmed. International orders may be subject to customs fees — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you'd like your scroll gift-wrapped, just mention it in your order note at checkout. I'll wrap it in tissue, tuck in a ribbon, and add a handwritten gift tag with any message you'd like included.
Gift wrapping is offered as a courtesy at no extra charge.

Exchanges accepted
If something isn't right — wrong size, damaged in transit — reach out within 7 days of delivery and I'll arrange an exchange. Please include a photo.
Custom messages are final
Because every scroll is made to order with your specific message, we can't accept exchanges for a change of mind on wording.
Damaged in transit
If your scroll arrives broken, email me a photo within 48 hours and I'll remake and reship it at no charge.
How to reach me
Email me with your order details and a photo for any exchange request. I'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Keep out of direct sunlight. Prolonged sun exposure can fade the dried flowers inside. Indirect light is ideal.
Keep dry. The cork and scroll inside are sensitive to moisture. Avoid humid environments like bathrooms.
Handle with care. Handblown glass is thinner than machine-made glass. Set it on a stable, flat surface when displaying.
Don't remove the cork. The seal keeps the flowers and scroll preserved. Opening is not recommended.
Every scroll ships within 5–7 business days, made just for you in St. Petersburg, Florida.
